Description
This is the complete five volume series entitled Stories of the Sahabah adapted by Noura Durkee, the well-known American-Muslima author and editor.
 The first volume entitled "Those Promised Paradise" contains the biographies of twenty-one intimate sahabah (companions) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) including those who were promised paradise in their lifetime, as recorded in various traditions. 
Volume 2 entitled "The First Ones" adds another 18 biographical sketches to the mix. 
Volume 3 entitled "The Loyal Ansar" covers an additional 18 biographies. 
Volume 4 entitled "Hearts Have Changed" covers 17 more biographical sketches.
Volume 5 entitled "Torchbearers of Islam" tops of the entire series with an additional 12 biographical sketches for a grand total of 86 biographies in total over five volumes.
